B, The cartridge valve system hydraulic oil and working temperature requirements:

C, When choosing hydraulic thread cartridge valve and storage precautions attention:
1, When choosing thread cartridge valve, be sure to see the flow and pressure, but also pay attention to the flow rate - pressure curve, if the type is too small will often cause great loss of the system pressure, make the system heat, if the selection is too large, will cause economic waste.
2,There are two kinds of thread cartridge valve sealing materials, fluorine rubber seal is suitable for the phosphate ester medium, Nitrile rubber seal is suitable for mineral oil medium;
3, For thread cartridge valve pressure and flow value, can specify Settings when choose, if not specified, it will be the default value.
4, When designing the system must do a good job in the design of the filter, and to fully clean up before operation;
5, The design should be required on the valve block, valve block threaded cartridge hole next to the engraved on the note on the valve type, in order to prevent the wrong;
6, When hydraulic valve need to be stored for a period of time, should be stored in a dry, clean, no corrosive gas in the indoor environment, pay attention to protect hydraulic valve from the internal and external corrosion damage.
D,The installation of thread cartridge valve
1, Before installing threaded cartridge valve should undertake the following work:
(1) To check the size of the socket, such as inner diameter, depth, dip Angle of each step.
(2) Check the roughness of the socket, and must be removed chamfer and Cross hole in sharp edges or burrs, so as not to damage the instrumentation components of the sealing ring.
(3) With dedicated fixture check jack concentricity.
(4) Check each component model and the sealing ring, necessary to unpick and wash, replacement and performance testing.
(5) clean the valve block, and each element.
2, Installing a threaded cartridge valve, should coated with grease or oil in the socket and thread cartridge valve valve set of outer ring (especially the seals), and then put the thread cartridge valve into the socket, with a torque wrench moment according to the regulation within the screwing in jack. (see the cartridge valve installation torque table) (see the back).
3, When installing threaded cartridge valve should pay attention to the following:
(1) During Installation of thread cartridge valve should pay attention to the sealing ring and ring don't cut in the process of assembly.
(2) The thread cartridge valve on the set of thread cartridge valve is relatively dense, should follow a direction in order to install.
(3) When installing a solenoid valve, such as the installation space is not enough, should be electromagnet, stay body installed and the electromagnet.
